Every trip is recorded by GPS. Every driver is verified in person. Every incident is reviewed by a trained human. You should never wonder whether someone is watching out for you — because we are.

Before the ride
- Every driver is verified in person — ID, licence, police clearance, and a face-to-face onboarding session.
- Vehicle roadworthiness checks every 6 months, with the certificate visible in-app.
- Rider identities are verified through phone number and government ID on first booking.

During the ride
- Live GPS tracking on every trip — accessible to you, your trusted contacts, and our safety team.
- Tap-to-share trip details with up to 5 trusted contacts who get a live link for the whole ride.
- Route deviation alert: if the driver goes off-route significantly, both parties and our team are notified.

If something happens
- Panic button — one press contacts our 24/7 safety line. In emergencies, we dial the ZRP (995) on your behalf.
- Target response time: under 60 seconds — a commitment, measured and published.
- Incident ledger: every report is logged, assigned, and tracked to resolution. You see the status.

After the ride
- Two-way ratings and written review — both sides are accountable.
- Drivers with serious incident reports are suspended pending review. We do not wait for a second report.
- You can block a driver permanently with one tap — you will never be matched with them again.

Turn it on in Settings → Ride Preferences. You will only be matched with verified women drivers. They, in turn, can choose to accept only women riders. No premium. No separate sign-up.
